BIZ TIP: DELIGHT THE CUSTOMER

My company 7AM, just opened its doors officially two days ago and of course, like with any startup, everything that could go wrong went wrong. 

We had a customer that was processing a payment and the merchant gateway wasn't allowing the payment to go through so she had to process it on three different occasions. 



What did I do? I called and apologized profusely and gifted her and additional course for her troubles. 

Biz Tip: Remember, when you are in business, it's all about the customer. Admit your mistakes and show your gratitude. Make sure you create a strong brand led by amazing customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
