This was Black Enterprise's inaugural tech summit in Silicon Valley. I was honored to speak with my friend, mentor and investor, Tim Draper. I love talking with Tim because you never know what he is going to say.

The panel was moderated by, Black Enterprise's SVP/Executive Editor-at-Large, Alfred Edmond Jr.

One of the big takeaways for the audience was to always think big. When you are starting a company, think about ways that it can disrupt an industry. If the idea has already been done, what are you doing to make it better?
